You can use Google Contacts to find someone’s contact info or organize contacts with labels like “Advisory” or “ETFs.” Labels are the names of the contact groups you create.
Create a label:
Find Google Contacts in the Google App Launcher or click here
On the left next to “Labels,” click Create label .
Type a name, example “Advisory 2024” then click Save.
Add contacts to a Label:
- Search for the contact
- Click Label:

3. Choose the Label
4. Press Apply

Edit or delete a group
- Go to Google Contacts.
- At the left, under “Labels,” point to the group you want to edit or delete.
- Follow the steps on the screen.
Use groups in Gmail
- Open Gmail.
- At the top left, click Compose.
- In the “To” field, start typing the group name, then select the group from the list that appears.
- You’ll see a list of contacts in the “To” field.
