Students – Troubleshooting Canvas Submissions Part 2

After trying a step – attempt to submit your work! Don’t try all of these at once!

1. Restart your iPad

2. Check the AppStore and make sure Canvas and Goodnotes are both up-to-date.

3. Delete the Canvas app and Reinstall

4. Do you have a lot of open tabs in Goodnotes? Try closing a few and try again.
